Age Grouper of the Week: Ed Hawlins sent through Roy Nasr for this weeks age grouper. Unfortunately Roy was killed by a drunk driver while he was riding his bike last weekend. Roy was a great man and a big part of the Dubai community. He will be sadly missed by so many people.

Interview: Today we have Diana Bertsch on the show. Diana is the race director at the Ironman World Championships in Kona. She shares lots of insight into what it takes to run this amazing race.
