In the 1990's Brad Beven was one of the key names in Triathlon. This four time winner of the World Cup Series was one of the top athletes to look out for at any race. He had a huge success rate in all types of racing. Brad will go down as one of the top athletes of all time. On this months show he shares many of the amazing experiences he experienced throughout his athletic career.

Pauli Kiuru is one of the greats of the early to mid 90s. He came close to beating Mark Allen in Kona when Mark was in his prime. Outside of Kona he won IM Australia 4 times, NZ once and Germany twice. Pauli was known as an animal trainer who was 100% disciplined to his goal of being the best athlete that he could be. 

On this months show Pauli shares his experiences of his time as one of the top pro's in our sport.

Ken Glah is one of those guys who has had a lifetime love of Triathlon. He's been competing for over 30 years. In that time he placed in the top 3 in Kona, won many Ironman races around the world, and it looks like he will be the first person to do 30 Ironman World Champs in Hawaii. 

Outside of competing he has worked with races like Ironman Brazil and started the successful triathlon travel company Endurance Sports Travel. On this months show he shares many great stories and insights from a life that has been about triathlon.

In 1981 John Hellemans entered a race called  'Ironman' in Auckland, New Zealand. While it wasn't the distance that we know now days the race drew over 400 people. He thought he would give it a go, he turned up and managed to win. This started a lifetime love of Triathlon. John went on to be a hugely influential coach, a multible age group world champ. He is one of the great minds of our sport. 

In this months show we have a interesting interview with a real legend of our sport.

Graham Fraser has been a huge influence on the sport of triathlon in North America. After racing Kona at the age of 24 he went on to become a race organiser. This lead to the creation of North America Sport, the complany that ran Ironman in North America for a long time. In this months show he shares many of the experiences of building the Ironman Brand. It's a great listen.
